FHA Loans

Conventional Loans

While I am known by many in the industry as specializing in FHA and VA loans, I have also extensive experience with Conventional Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and Jumbo loan programs. The first step is to get Prequalified. Prequalification only takes a quick 5 minute phone call so that I can prepare customized loan scenarios based on your goals, qualifications, and payment comfort level. Once you have a solid idea of the price range and type of property you wish to pursue, the next step is to move forward with Loan PreApproval. Loan PreApproval is Free. While many lender charge a fee for the credit report and an application fee, we do not charge any fees for Loan PreApproval.**
