Please note:
If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we can continue to share your information for up to 18 months after you are no longer our customer.
However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

What we do
How does Sun West protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. Sun West employees are trained in our privacy policy and procedures. Only employees who have a legitimate business reason to access your personal information may do so.

How does Sun West collect my personal information?	We collect your personal information, for example, when you: apply for a loan or give us your income information. provide account information or show your driver’s license. provide employment information. We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?	Federal law gives you the right to limit only: sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness. affiliates from using your information to market to you. sharing for non-affiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?	Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Does Sun West share my personal information with affiliates, if I/We do not Opt-Out?	Sun West can begin sharing all borrowers’ information with the affiliates, 30 days from the date we sent this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

Definition
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include companies with an XL Dynamics name; Sun West Financial Services International, Inc., a company that provides technology and back office support to mortgage and commercial banking and lending industry; PAG Financial International, LLC, a company that provides consulting services; Marco Management LLC, a company that provides personal investment rental property management; Sun West Property Management International, LLC, a company that provides personal investment rental property management; XLD Insurance Company, Inc., a commercial captive insurance company; XLD Brokerage Agency, LLC, a commercial insurance brokerage service company; XLD International Insurer Corporation, a commercial captive insurance company; ApexLend, LLC, a company that provides consumer lending services.
Non-affiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Non-affiliates we share with can include financial services companies such as mortgage brokers, lenders, and Servicers.
Joint Marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners can include financial services companies such as mortgage brokers, lenders, and Servicers.
